List of property statuses

Hello @soren.fisker ,

Is there a complete list of property statuses available?

In the API, we currently see the following values under
DistributionCase → State → displayName:

  • Sat i bero

  • Afsluttet

  • Salgsaktiv

  • Handlen er endelig

  • Udlejningsaktiv

  • Afsluttes uden handel

  • Købsaftale indgået

At the moment, we exclude properties with the statuses Sat i bero and Handlen er endelig. However, we would like to confirm whether any additional statuses may occur that we should also account for.

Any comments or clarifications would be appreciated, as there is always room for nuance in how these states are interpreted.
