There are different specializations of the Pricing Information Element Base Type. Depending on the kind of pricing information you need to specify the choice kan be made.

# Base Type Namespace

A Pricing Information Element always have a namespace starting with: dk.realequity.ie.pricing.\*

# Cash Pricing Type Namespace

A Cash Pricing Information Element Type will always have a namespace starting with: dk.realequity.ie.pricing.sale.villa

Using [Information Element Instance Type](https://docs.realequity.dk/docs/information-element-instance-type) configuration, any number of specializations can be configured.

# Creating a Cash Pricing Information Element

By using POST on the Create [InformationElement](https://docs.realequity.dk/reference/informationelement), a Price Information Element will be created. Here is an example of the Body of the POST:

A Housing Cooperative Pricing Information Element Type will always have a namespace starting with: dk.realequity.ie.pricing.sale.andelsbolig

# Creating a Housing Cooperative Pricing Information Element
