# Phone Number Information Element

A Phone Number Information Element is a base Information Element used to hold Phone Number information.

# ype Namespace

A Phone Number Information Element always have a namespace starting with: dk.realequity.ie.phonenumber

# Properties

| Properties | Description |
| --- | --- |
| **prefix** | The country code of the phone number including the “+” sign. So +45 for Denmark. |
| **number** | The phone number. No spaces or any other kind of formatting. Just the full phone number **without the country prefix**. |
| **type** | **Mobile** - if the number is a mobile phone number that supports SMS. |
| **Other** - if the number is any other number than a mobile number. | |

# Creating a Phone Number IE

By posting the following example in the Body of a Create [InformationElement](https://docs.realequity.dk/reference/informationelement) the IE will be created:

    "namespace": "dk.realequity.ie.phonenumber.default",
    "parentId": "e4ec5d5b-09f5-423e-891b-f73501c1c4b9",
    "parentNamespace": "dk.realequity.actor.contact.person",

        "number": "34121717",
        "type": "Mobile"

}
